• Preparation of the documentation and all the formalities for obtaining a WORK VISA IN THE EUROPEAN UNION and exchanging driving licenses with obtaining the permanent right to work as a professional driver in the European Union.

• PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (with all social rights – seniority, pension, unemployment) in the European Union

• Compliance with the work schedule, payment of overtime and other bonuses.

Necessary documents and conditions:

• Passport Republic of Moldova
• Knowledge of the Russian language
• Driving license category C + E
• Category C must be obtained (exam passed) before September 10, 2009
• Tachograph card
• Holding the ADR certificate (transport of dangerous goods) is an advantage for obtaining salary increases.

Hiring Stages:

For candidates who meet the mentioned requirements, the procedure will be as follows: Signing of the Mediation Contract and the Personal Data Processing Agreement at the headquarters of the Ariza Resources company located in Husi, AICuza street no. 78. Preparation of the personal file by submitting copies of the following documents: * copy of Republic of Moldova passport * copy of driver's license * copy of tachograph card * ADR (certificate for the transport of dangerous goods) if the candidate has this document (it is not mandatory).

Obtaining Work Permits for the employer in Poland Applying for and obtaining a work visa at the Polish Consulate in Chisinau  

Traveling to Poland for:

* Carrying out the medical exam (similar to the one in Moldova for obtaining a driver's license) and the psychological exam.

* With a passport, driver's license photo, Moldovan driver's license, medical certificate, psychological certificate and a fee of 150.50 zlotys, candidates apply to the employment office to have access to professional training code 95 – professional driver profile.

* There is a training course in Russian for 5 days - 35 hours and after completing the internship (without exam) the documents will be submitted to obtain the "professional driver" card.

* Following this course, candidates obtain the right to work in the EU as professional drivers for the rest of their lives.

* Accommodation during the course is provided by the employer (without payment of food).

* Next comes the signing of the employment contract and the start of the activity according to the regulations of the European Union and the Schengen area.

* The activity is carried out especially in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Holland, Denmark within the maximum limit of 60 days, following the return to the place of accommodation in Poland or the Republic of Moldova for periods agreed with the employer.

* During the entire process necessary to obtain the employment contract, the Ariza Resources agency and the employer will provide all the necessary support.
